B. Moore will see an expanded role Week 2

Dennis Georgatos, of the San Jose Mercury News, reports San Francisco 49ers DL Brandon Moore will see an expanded role during the team's Week 2 game. Moore registered the first of the team's three sacks in the season opener. He said, "I got an opportunity to play, and I guess I just wanted to make the most of it. Ultimately, I would like to play every down. Going into these upcoming weeks, I think the more things I'll be able to do on the field, the more I'll show my own abilities."
