Boldin is with Larry Fitzgerald and Roddy White in West Africa for a relief trip. It was a planned three-day trip to Senegal that started on March 11. Obviously, Boldin did not know that he would be traded. He said that he learned of the trade while stepping off of the plan and noticing the number of text messages that he had received.
Boldin must pass a physical in San Francisco for the trade to be executed.
