San Francisco 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis was ranked at #1. Woodson called Willis a "younger Ray Lewis" and quoted Mike Singletary saying that willis will be better than he was when he was a star of the Chicago Bears.
"I think this guy has all the upside, he's willing to work, he's a humble young man. He is the next Ray Lewis for the next 10 years," said Woodson.
