Collins suffered a patellar tendon tear during practice earlier this week, ending his 2026 season.
The elevations of Hodge and Okoronkwo are standard elevations. Both players will revert to the practice squad after the game.
The 49ers and Rams will kick off Thursday at 5:35 p.m. PT (Friday at 10:35 a.m. in Melbourne) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Each team will announce its inactive-player list about 90 minutes before kickoff.
