Harkey (6-6, 327) took a unique collegiate path, spending time at Tyler Junior College, Colorado, Texas State, and Oregon. Since transferring to Colorado in 2022, he has appeared in 42 games, per Sports Reference.
The offensive lineman is widely projected as a Day 3 selection. He also met with the 49ers virtually and at the NFL Scouting Combine.
In 2025, Harkey played in all 14 games for Oregon, starting at right tackle. He allowed just two sacks and 20 total pressures across 887 offensive snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
