The 49ers are widely expected to address both the offensive and defensive lines in this year's draft. San Francisco currently holds six total selections, including the No. 27 overall pick.
Lomu has emerged as a popular first-round projection for the 49ers in recent mock drafts, while McClellan is generally viewed as a Day 2 or early Day 3 prospect, often carrying a third- to fourth-round grade.
San Francisco owns one pick in the first round, one in the second, and four in the fourth round.
Lomu was a two-year starter at Utah and is widely considered a potential successor to veteran tackle Trent Williams, who will turn 38 in July.
McClellan, also a two-year starter, recorded six sacks last season at Missouri.
