Douglas (6-4, 206) split his four-year collegiate career between Florida and Texas Tech. During that span, he totaled 135 receptions for 2,031 yards and 16 touchdowns, averaging 15.0 yards per catch, according to Sports Reference.
After appearing in 13 games over two seasons at Florida, Douglas transferred to Texas Tech, where he started 27 games. He recorded 114 receptions for 1,723 yards and 13 touchdowns during his time with the Red Raiders.
In 2025, Douglas started all 14 games, finishing with 54 receptions for a team-high 846 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. His performance earned him second-team All-Big 12 honors.
At the NFL Scouting Combine, Douglas posted a 4.39-second 40-yard dash, along with a 31.5-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-6 broad jump.
The 49ers' wide receiver room has undergone significant turnover this offseason. While the team added veterans Mike Evans and Christian Kirk, it has moved on from Jauan Jennings, Kendrick Bourne, and Skyy Moore, and is widely expected to part ways with Brandon Aiyuk.
