Wallow entered the NFL as a fifth-round pick (170th overall) out of TCU in the 2021 NFL Draft, selected by the Houston Texans. He spent the first two and a half seasons of his career in Houston before being signed by the Tennessee Titans late in the 2023 season.
After missing the 2024 season due to injury, Wallow joined the Denver Broncos in 2025 and was eventually claimed off waivers by the 49ers on December 8, 2025.
During the 2025 season, Wallow appeared in 11 total regular-season games—seven for the Broncos and four for the 49ers—recording nine tackles. In a playoff victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on January 11, he tallied a season-high 11 tackles and one pass defensed.
Over four active NFL seasons, Wallow has appeared in 46 regular-season games, totaling 51 tackles, one sack, and a pass defensed. He has primarily contributed as a core special teams player and rotational linebacker throughout his career.
