- San Francisco has advanced to the Divisional Round of the playoffs for the 26th time in franchise history.
- The 49ers have improved to 22-15-1 all-time against the Eagles, including a 13-6-1 record on the road and a 2-1 record in the postseason. The win also marked San Francisco's first road victory in the postseason at Philadelphia.
- Head coach Kyle Shanahan has improved to 9-4 in the postseason as head coach of the 49ers, including a 1-1 record against the Eagles and a 3-0 record in the Wild Card Round.
49ers Offense
- The 49ers offense registered 361 total yds. of offense (6.2 yds. per play) on the day, marking the most total net yds. the unit has recorded in a road playoff game since registering 381 yds. at GB (1/5/14 – NFC-WC).
- The unit's 6.2 yds. per play marked the most the team has registered in a road playoff game since averaging 7.3 yds. per play at Atl. (1/20/13 – NFC-C).
WR Jauan Jennings
- WR Jauan Jennings registered 1 recept. for 45 yds. on the day and added a 29-yd. TD pass to RB Christian McCaffrey.
