Inactives:
- LB Luke Gifford (quadricep)
- DL Kevin Givens
- RB Isaac Guerendo
- CB Chase Lucas
- WR Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle)
- WR Jordan Watkins
- LB Dee Winters (ankle)
On Friday, the 49ers listed six players as questionable: linebacker Luke Gifford, cornerback Renardo Green (ankle), wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, defensive end Keion White (groin, hamstring), tackle Trent Williams (hamstring), and linebacker Dee Winters. Green, White, and Williams are active, while Pearsall is among the inactive players.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding several player statuses, the 49ers made only two roster moves on Saturday, elevating linebacker Jalen Graham and wide receiver Malik Turner from the practice squad. With six players on the active roster listed as questionable, head coach Kyle Shanahan acknowledged earlier in the week that additional moves could be necessary.
"Yeah, you're only allowed to have two elevations, so if we need more than that, we'd have to make a roster move," Shanahan said on Friday.
Ultimately, no further transactions were made.
Wide receiver Jacob Cowing, who remains on injured reserve while recovering from a hamstring injury, was also not activated for the Wild Card game. Although the 49ers opened Cowing's practice window earlier this week and initially listed him as questionable, the team downgraded his status on Saturday, officially ruling him out.
For the Eagles, tackle Lane Johnson (foot), who was questionable to play, is inactive.
