Injury Notes

Trent Williams practiced for the second straight day as he continues working his way back from the hamstring injury he suffered on the opening offensive play of the 49ers' Week 17 game against the Chicago Bears. Williams missed the 49ers' regular-season finale against the Seattle Seahawks. He is questionable for Sunday.

Defensive end Keion White returned to practice Friday after dealing with groin and hamstring injuries.

Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall remained sidelined after aggravating a previous PCL injury in Week 17. He is questionable for Sunday.

Linebackers Dee Winters and Luke Gifford, along with defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos, were also absent from practice. Winters, however, was seen doing limited work on a side field.

Cornerback Renardo Green was a late addition to the injury report. He is dealing with a foot injury.

For the Eagles, tackle Lane Johnson is attempting to make his return from a foot injury and is listed as questionable to play.

Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Eagles, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
