QB Brock Purdy
- QB Brock Purdy completed 24 of his 33 passing atts. for 303 yds. and 3 TDs with a passer rating of 118.6 to go along with 6 carries for 28 yds. and a season-high 2 TDs on the ground. Purdy's 3 TD passes give him 20 this season and 84 in his career, while his 2 rushing TDs marked his 3rd of the season and the 11th of his career.
- With 303 passing yds., 3 TD passes and 2 rushing TDs, Purdy became the first QB in franchise history to register at least 300 passing yds., 3 TD passes and 2 rushing TDs in a single game.
