- The 49ers offense scored on each of their first 5 possessions of the game (TD, TD, FG, TD, TD), marking the most consecutive scoring possessions the unit has registered to begin a game since scoring on 5-consecutive possessions at Jax. (11/21/21), according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
- The unit also registered a season-high 430 total yds. of offense, the most the team has registered in a single game since recording 436 total yds. of offense at Arz. (1/5/25).
- The 49ers offense converted on each of their first 7 third-down atts. to start the game, which is tied for the most consecutive third-down conversions to begin a game by any team this season [Cincinnati Bengals – 7-consecutive third-down conversions to begin game at Buf. (12/7/25)].
- The unit's 7-consecutive third-down conversions are the most to begin a game by the team since converting on their first 7 atts. vs. Dal. (10/2/16).
- It is also tied for the 2nd-most consecutive third-down conversions to begin a game for the team since at least 1978, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

QB Brock Purdy

- It also marked his 6th career game with 3-or-more passing TDs and a passer rating of 140.0-or-higher. It's the first time he's accomplished the feat since he threw 4 TDs with a 148.8 passer rating at Phi. (12/3/23).
- With 3 passing TDs on the day, Purdy registered his 2nd game this season with at least 3 passing TDs and the 11th such game of his career.
RB Christian McCaffrey
- RB Christian McCaffrey registered 22 carries for 73 yds. and 1 TD on the ground to go along with 1 recept. for 14 yds. through the air. McCaffrey's rushing TD gives him 9 this season and 61 in his career.
- With 2 rushing TDs at Arz. (11/16/25), 1 rushing TD vs. Car. (11/24/25), 1 rushing TD at Cle. (11/30/25) and 1 rushing TD on the day, McCaffrey has registered 1-or-more rushing TDs in 4-consecutive games for the 4th time in his career and for the first time since he registered 5-consecutive games in the 2023 season [1 rushing TD at Pit.
