LB Dee Winters (shoulder, questionable)
In the third quarter, the 49ers announced that Dee Winters is questionable to return due to a shoulder injury.
Update: Dee Winters returned to the game.
DE Yetur Gross-Matos (hamstring, out)
Yetur Gross-Matos was shaken up in the third quarter. The 49ers later announced he has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
QB Mac Jones (unspecified, remained in)
Mac Jones suffered an injury in the third quarter but attempted to play through the discomfort. Near the goal line, he took a hit that appeared to warrant a roughing-the-passer penalty and was visibly in pain while clutching his leg. Despite the scare, Jones managed to jog off the field and returned to the field on the next offensive drive.
The television broadcast speculated that Jones might have been experiencing leg cramps, although nothing has been officially confirmed.
DT Kalia Davis (hand, out)
Kalia Davis suffered a hand injury in the second quarter and is questionable to return. Rookie Alfred Collins replaced him.
Update: The 49ers ruled out Davis for the remainder of the game.
