Quarterback Brock Purdy experienced toe soreness on Monday morning. He had missed the previous two games with the injury but returned to the lineup for Sunday's matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
"He didn't indicate it to me at all during the game," head coach Kyle Shanahan explained on Monday. "I talked to him on the phone last night, and he said it was starting to bother him a little bit last night. But nothing during the game at all."
A knee setback forced wide receiver Ricky Pearsall to leave Sunday's game. Shanahan noted the 49ers believe it to be a "minor PCL" injury.
"Hopefully, it won't be too bad," Shanahan said. "Obviously, a huge concern with the Thursday night game and stuff, but we're not expecting it to be too bad. But we've got to find out later today."
Meanwhile, wide receiver Jauan Jennings' status for Week 5 remains uncertain after he exited Sunday's game in the third quarter with a rib injury.
Below are Monday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Rams, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Again, these are only estimates, as no practice took place.
