Inactives:
- CB Renardo Green (neck)
- RB Jordan James
- LB Nick Martin
- WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling
- WR Jordan Watkins (calf)
- DT C.J. West (thumb)
On Friday, the 49ers officially ruled out wide receiver Jordan Watkins and defensive tackle C.J. West. Watkins is sidelined with a calf injury, which is expected to keep him out for an extended period. West underwent surgery on the broken thumb he sustained against the Arizona Cardinals.
Several key players were listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, including offensive lineman Connor Colby (groin), cornerback Renardo Green (neck), quarterback Mac Jones (knee), and wide receivers Jauan Jennings (ankle, shoulder) and Ricky Pearsall (knee). However, reports on Saturday confirmed that Jones, Pearsall, and Jennings are expected to suit up. Meanwhile, Colby is active while Green is inactive.
The 49ers made just one pre-game roster move on Saturday, elevating veteran cornerback Eli Apple from the practice squad to bolster the secondary for the Jaguars clash with Green sidelined. Darrell Luter Jr. is expected to replace Green as a starting cornerback.
