Earlier today, NBC Sports Bay Area reported that quarterback Mac Jones and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, both listed as questionable, are expected to be healthy enough to suit up. Jones will serve as Brock Purdy's backup, while Pearsall, the team's leading receiver, gives Purdy a reliable weapon in the passing attack.

Now, wide receiver Jauan Jennings appears set to join them. Like Pearsall, Jennings entered the weekend listed as questionable. However, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the veteran receiver is also expected to play on Sunday. Schefter added that Jennings' role may be limited as he works his way back from injuries.
Jennings was sidelined last week against the Arizona Cardinals after suffering a shoulder injury in Week 1 and an ankle injury in Week 2. On Friday, he returned to practice for the first time in two weeks, participating in a limited capacity.
Through two games in 2025, Jennings has hauled in seven passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. His availability, even in a reduced role, could provide Purdy and the 49ers' offense with another reliable option against Jacksonville.
