According to the NFL's Next Gen Stats, Huff's sack was the fastest recorded so far this season, coming in at just 2.44 seconds. Of course, this is just through two weeks of action.
49ers star Nick Bosa also ranks in the top five, recording a 2.58-second sack in Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks—another game-sealing play.
The 49ers acquired Huff in June through a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles, sending a conditional 2026 fifth-round draft pick in exchange for the pass rusher.
While Huff managed just 2.5 sacks with Philadelphia last season, he notched 10 sacks in 2023 with the New York Jets under then-head coach Robert Saleh, who now serves as San Francisco's defensive coordinator.
So far this season, Huff has logged 54 defensive snaps, recording four tackles (one for a loss), one quarterback hit, and the crucial sack that sealed Sunday's win.
