The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 1 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. These seven players will not suit up for the game.

The biggest takeaway for the 49ers is that star running back Christian McCaffrey, who was listed as "questionable" heading into the game, is officially active.


In addition, the 49ers elevated wide receiver Russell Gage Jr. and linebacker Curtis Robinson from the practice squad on Saturday, making both players available for the team's Week 1 matchup.

Running back Jordan James (finger) and wide receiver Jordan Watkins (ankle) were listed as "doubtful" on Friday's injury report. Neither is active.
