According to Justin Melo of The Draft Network, the 49ers are among several teams showing continued interest in the defensive back.
Cornerback remains a position of need for San Francisco following the departure of starter Charvarius Ward. Deommodore Lenoir and second-year player Renardo Green currently top the depth chart as the team prepares for the 2025 season.
At the Combine, Adams measured in at 6-foot-2 and 182 pounds. He recorded a 4.53-second 40-yard dash, a 32.5-inch vertical jump, and a 9-foot-9 broad jump.
In 2024, Adams appeared in nine games, tallying 14 tackles (one for a loss), two passes defensed, a career-high two interceptions, and one touchdown, per Sports Reference. Over his four-year career at UCF, Adams totaled 88 tackles (five for a loss), 11 passes defensed, two interceptions, and one touchdown.
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off Thursday, April 24, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The 49ers currently hold 11 picks, beginning with the No. 11 overall selection.
