The San Francisco 49ers are finalizing their 30 pre-draft visits, with most set to occur next week at the team's Santa Clara facilities. A pair of Williams—Ohio State defensive tackle Tyleik Williams and Washington State wide receiver Kyle Williams—will be among the visitors.




Both positions are critical areas of need for the 49ers as they prepare for the 2025 NFL Draft. These prospects could be Day 2 picks for some team.

San Francisco's release of Javon Hargrave and Maliek Collins this offseason has left a significant hole along the defensive line. Additionally, with Deebo Samuel traded away and Brandon Aiyuk still recovering from ACL and MCL injuries sustained in October, the wide receiver position has become another priority.

In 2024, Tyleik Williams (6-3, 334) registered 46 tackles (eight for a loss), 2.5 sacks, and a pass defensed in 13 games, per Sports Reference. Over four seasons with the Buckeyes, he accumulated 136 tackles (28 for a loss), 11.5 sacks, 10 passes defensed, a touchdown, and a forced fumble.

His 79.2 defensive grade and 88.6 run-defense grade from Pro Football Focus in 2024 were career highs.

Kyle Williams (5-11, 190) had a standout senior season in 2024, recording 70 receptions for a career-high 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns in 13 games, averaging an impressive 17.1 yards per reception, according to Sports Reference.


Over his five-year career—three seasons at UNLV and two at Washington State—he caught 248 passes for 3,609 yards and 29 touchdowns.
