Injury Notes


Left tackle Trent Williams will miss his fourth consecutive game due to an ankle injury. He was absent from Tuesday's practice, the 49ers' only full session of a shortened week of preparation.

Defensive end Nick Bosa, who has been managing hip and oblique injuries, has also missed the past three games. Like Williams, Bosa did not participate in Tuesday's practice but is questionable for Thursday.


Somewhat surprisingly, safety Malik Mustapha's injuries from Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears will sideline him for the matchup against the Rams.

Running back Isaac Guerendo, who sustained a foot sprain against the Bears, was unavailable for practice on Tuesday. He is questionable for Thursday.
