The 49ers Communications staff provided the following rundown.
Brown (6-3, 295) originally entered the NFL after signing with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. After spending the 2023 season on the Injured Reserve List, he was waived by the Titans on May 7, 2024.
A 25-year-old native of Miami, FL, Brown attended Highlands Community College (2018) and Itawamba Community College (2019) before transferring to Troy University for three years (2020-22) where he appeared in 29 games (17 starts) and registered 58 tackles, 4.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble and one pass defensed.
Hubbard (6-4, 295) originally entered the NFL after signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2013. Throughout his 10-year career with the Steelers (2014-17), Cleveland Browns (2018-22) and Tennessee Titans (2023), he has appeared in 94 games (58 starts) as well as six postseason contests. In 2023, he started nine games with the Titans along the offensive line.
A 33-year-old native of Columbus, GA, Hubbard attended the University of Alabama, Birmingham for four years (2009-12) where he appeared in 28 games (17 starts).
Brown IV (6-5, 270) originally signed with the team on February 15, 2024. Luciano (6-4, 307) appeared in two games with the 49ers after originally signing with the team as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2023 and spending his entire rookie season on the team's practice squad.
