Notes
Practices are closed to the media, so there are no observation notes from the Friday session, the last ahead of this weekend's game.
Neither tight end George Kittle nor defensive tackle Arik Armstead were listed on the team's injury report, meaning they are fully cleared to play against the Chiefs on Sunday, as head coach Kyle Shanahan predicted earlier this week. Everyone was a full practice participant during Friday's session.
While there wasn't much of a chance of Joe Thuney being healthy enough to play against the 49ers, the Chiefs officially ruled out their left guard due to the pectoral injury he sustained during the playoffs.
Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Chiefs, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
