Practices are closed to the media, so there are no observation notes from the Thursday session. Tight end George Kittle and defensive tackle Arik Armstead were among the players who were limited participants for the second consecutive day.
During his press conference at the team hotel, head coach Kyle Shanahan said both players are expected to be full-go for Sunday's game.
When asked about the Thursday session, tackle Trent Williams said, "It was super intense. ... We were going pretty hard. But I just think it's the same way with anybody, right? You get to this day, we're practicing with a purpose at this point. We know what. We know what's at stake. We know what we've got a chance to do."
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Chiefs, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
