Linebacker Dre Greenlaw suffered a stinger in the second quarter but returned to the game. Wide receiver Jauan Jennings underwent a concussion evaluation but was cleared to continue playing.
In the fourth quarter, cornerback Ambry Thomas sustained an ankle injury while attempting to help break up a pass in the end zone. Shanahan did not provide details on the extent of the setback.
There was a moment of concern when running back Christian McCaffrey landed awkwardly late in the game, prompting Elijah Mitchell to step in during the ensuing touchdown run that increased the 49ers' lead by 10 points.
"Yeah, he said he got a little bit of a stinger when he went down there," Shanahan told reporters. "That's what his words were. He had to come out for a play. I know Elijah went in there and scored, but I know at the end, Christian was good to go back."
When questioned about the specifics of the injury and whether it was a stinger, McCaffrey responded, "I don't know. I'm not a doctor. But I feel fine now."
The fact that McCaffrey spoke to reporters after the game is seen as a positive sign, as injured players typically don't address the media during post-game press conferences.
The 49ers appear in relatively good health as they prepare for their Super Bowl rematch with the Kansas City Chiefs. Thomas' ankle injury is the only unknown to monitor in the coming weeks.
