TE George Kittle led all pass catchers with 116 yards on three receptions, including a 66-yard touchdown. WR Brandon Aiyuk and FB Kyle Juszczyk each caught a touchdown pass as well, while WR Deebo Samuel registered a 23-yard rushing touchdown in his return to the lineup.
San Francisco's defense held Jacksonville to 221 total yards of offense and registered five sacks and four takeaways on the day. DL Clelin Ferrell registered a solo sack of Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence, while DL Nick Bosa and DL Javon Hargrave each registered 1.5 sacks of Lawrence. DL Chase Young split a sack with Bosa, who forced and recovered a fumble as well, DL Arik Armstead also shared a sack of Lawrence with Hargrave. S Talanoa Hufanga and LB Fred Warner both intercepted Lawrence once, and CB Ambry Thomas added a forced fumble that he recovered.
