There was significant concern surrounding three key offensive players after Sunday's loss to the Cleveland Browns. Deebo Samuel sustained a shoulder injury early in the first quarter, while tackle Trent Williams battled through an ankle injury. Later in the game, running back Christian McCaffrey left with an oblique injury. All three players are considered day-to-day and sat out Thursday's practice.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan admitted that the results from McCaffrey's MRI were encouraging, indicating that the running back might suit up on Monday night.
"Anyone who's day-to-day, it means they've got a chance," Shanahan told reporters ahead of practice.
Linebacker Dre Greenlaw is dealing with a hamstring injury, while guard Aaron Banks is working through an ankle injury. The two players also sat out practice due to their respective injuries.
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Vikings, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
