Christian McCaffrey has extended his scoring streak. The San Francisco 49ers running back has now scored a touchdown in 14 consecutive games, with his latest coming on a one-yard run in the second quarter of Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys. The trip into the end zone gave the 49ers a 21-7 lead ahead of halftime.

The streak includes last season's playoffs.

McCaffrey's streak is the longest active streak in the NFL and the longest in franchise history, with legend Jerry Rice's 12 consecutive games with a touchdown, including the playoffs, ranking second.

McCaffrey's 14 consecutive games with a touchdown ties former NFL running back Emmitt Smith for the most consecutive games with one or more touchdowns (including the playoffs) since at least 1990, per 49ers Communications.
