In the win, Purdy and the 49ers broke another unique record, becoming the first team in NFL history to both rush and pass for at least 140 yards in 8 consecutive regular season games, according to Opta Stats.
What makes the record even more impressive is that all eight of the games have been with Purdy under center, which have been the first eight of his career.
Somehow, the 49ers keep finding themselves involved in unique impressive stats.
Just last week, running back Christian McCaffrey scored a touchdown in his 12 consecutive game, tying Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice for the most in franchise history, while trailing just Emmett Smith and Arian Foster for the NFL record.
McCaffrey has been a significant part of this record for the 49ers, aiding in the 140+ rushing yards over the last eight games, while making an impact in the receiving game as well.
What record is next for the 49ers?
