Ahead of the team's home bout against the Los Angeles Chargers, the 49ers received bad news as kicker Jake Moody was ruled out with a right quad strain.
Well, the injuries have continued, as the 49ers are also missing kicker Zane Gonzalez, who will miss the remainder of Friday's game with a right calf injury, according to NBC Sports's Matt Maiocco.
The San Francisco Chronicle's Mike Silver provided further context, sharing that Gonzalez was presumably injured in warmups, leaving the 49ers without a kicker Friday.
Punter Mitch Wishnowsky is likely next in line for the 49ers, although Silver reported the punter shanked a PAT attempt.
But, for now, the 49ers will remain without both of their kickers for the remainder of Friday's game.
Stay tuned for other injury updates!
