The Kansas City Chiefs made Conley (6-3, 205) a third-round selection (No. 76 overall) out of Georgia in 2015. He registered four receptions for 46 yards through seven game appearances (one start) with the Tennessee Titans last season, per Pro Football Reference.
Conley, 30, started last season with the Houston Texans but was released on October 4, 2022. He signed with the Chiefs' practice squad two days later before being claimed by the Titans on October 25, 2022.
Conley has caught 217 passes for 2,853 yards and 15 touchdowns in 109 game appearances (63 starts) through his eight NFL seasons with the Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Texans, and Titans.
