That could continue with edge rusher Drake Jackson, whom the 49ers selected with the No. 61 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, as the USC product is currently projected to start alongside Bosa, Armstead, and free agent signing Javon Hargrave.
However, the 49ers may not be done at the position, especially in a draft where they currently hold 11 picks, although the team is in a unique position, as their first selection comes at No. 99.
The Draft Network's Ryan Fowler revealed early Wednesday morning that Louisville edge rusher YaYa Diaby is scheduled to meet with the 49ers on a Top-30 visit.
Diaby was one of the combine's standouts, posting a 9.84 relative athletic score(RAS), while running a 4.51 40-yard dash, jumping a 37' vertical, and a 10-foot broad jump at 6'3, 263 pounds.
