Guard Aaron Banks and linebacker Dre Greenlaw made it through the week of practice, and both are set to play this weekend.
"Full-go," head coach Kyle Shanahan said of his two players. "We had a good practice yesterday. The other two have been walk-throughs, but they looked good yesterday."
It looks like the 49ers will be at full strength on Saturday—or as close to full strength as a team that has lost two quarterbacks and a starting cornerback this season—when they face the Seahawks. Only two players, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and cornerback Ambry Thomas, were ruled out.
Shanahan was asked if he feels good about the state of the team with only two players ruled out.
"Definitely," he responded. "We know who's playing, and we've got a number of guys back who we haven't had, so excited about it."
Unlike the last time the two teams played, rookie quarterback Brock Purdy is healthy. Purdy played through oblique and rib injuries during that Week 15 clash.
