Inactives:

- RB Tyrion Davis-Price
- TE Tyler Kroft

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who was listed as "questionable" to play this afternoon due to a hamstring injury, is active. He was limited during practices this past week.
San Francisco listed defensive lineman Arik Armstead as "doubtful." He is the only player listed as inactive due to an injury. While Armstead finally returned to practice on Friday, he has not played in a game since Week 4 due to foot and ankle injuries.
On Saturday, the 49ers promoted defensive lineman T.Y. McGill from the practice squad to the active roster. In addition, the team waived defensive lineman Kemoko Turay to make room on the roster.
