The 49ers are hosting the reigning Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams at Levi's Stadium and have won six of their past seven against the division rival.
The game broadcast showed Lance in the suite with several teammates, including offensive tackle Trent Williams and defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw.
Williams sustained a high-ankle sprain against the Broncos, while Kinlaw is dealing with a knee issue. Both were among the 49ers' seven inactive players for tonight's matchup.
Lance is expected to be fully recovered in time for the 2023 season.
