Below are the 49ers-Bears in-game injury updates.
DT Javon Kinlaw (returned)
Javon Kinlaw went down in the first quarter. He was able to get up and walk off the field on his own with a slight limp. 49ers medical staff proceeded to look at Kinlaw's left lower ankle before getting both ankles wrapped. He returned in the second quarter following the drive that put San Francisco up 7-0.
RB Elijah Mitchell (out)
Elijah Mitchell exited the game in the first half due to a knee injury and has been ruled "out." Jeff Wilson took over as the primary running back.
LB Azeez Al-Shaair
Azeez Al-Shaair exited the game to be evaluated for a potential concussion. He returned to the sideline, which suggests the linebacker was cleared.
