The first will take place before the first of San Francisco's two road preseason games. The 49ers will participate in joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings on August 17 and 18 before the exhibition matchup between the two teams on August 20.
The second extended visit will occur between the 49ers' Week 5 contest against the Carolina Panthers and Week 6 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The team will remain on the East Coast and hold practices at The Greenbrier, as it has done in previous seasons.
The third lengthy stay away from Santa Clara will be ahead of the Week 11 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals in Mexico City. The November 21 primetime matchup is one of five scheduled international games on the 2022 schedule. The 49ers will hold practices leading to the game in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
