Harley (5-11, 182) was not among those invited to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine. The receiver finished as the school's all-time leader in receptions, moving past Reggie Wayne.
Harley recorded a career-high 13 receptions for 96 yards in the final game against Duke. In 2020, he recorded three games of over 100 receiving yards, including a 170-yard game against Virginia, followed by a 153-yard game against North Carolina State.
Harley reportedly clocked a 4.46-second 40-time and posted 16 reps of 225 pounds during the Pro Day. In addition, he had a broad jump of 10-feet-2-inches and a vertical leap of 35.5 inches.
