Bosa recorded 15.5 sacks, 52 tackles, 21 tackles for a loss, 32 quarterback hits, and four forced fumbles during the regular season. He had three tackles, a quarterback hit, and half a sack during his 23 snaps against Dallas before exiting the game.
Bosa was among three players listed as "questionable" for Saturday's game. The others are cornerback Ambry Thomas (knee) and defensive lineman Jordan Willis (ankle).
"We've got to put him on there because of the steps of the protocol, but it's looking good," head coach Kyle Shanahan said of Bosa on Thursday.
Bosa no longer has an injury designation and is set to play in Saturday's playoff game against the Green Bay Packers.
The 49ers also announced that the following two players have been activated from the practice squad:
- CB Darqueze Dennard
- LB Mark Nzeocha
