S Talanoa Hufanga
Hufanga left the game with a knee sprain. The team will evaluate him as the week progresses.
"Holding out hope for him [for Thursday]," Shanahan added.
S Jaquiski Tartt
Tartt went down early in the fourth quarter on a tackle of Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts. He returned to the game but is dealing with an ankle sprain.
"He's day-to-day," Shanahan said. "... With his ankle, I know we've got him as day-to-day, but he was able to come back in the game and finish. So I would be surprised if he wasn't good to go on Thursday."
DE Nick Bosa
Bosa exited the game in the third quarter after an impact with Cordarrelle Patterson. He was evaluated for a concussion and cleared protocol.
"We'll check him again today when he comes in," Shanahan added.
RB Elijah Mitchell and LB Azeez Al-Shaair
Neither Mitchell nor Al-Shaair played on Sunday. Mitchell is dealing with a knee injury while Al-Shaair is recovering from an elbow sprain.
"We're holding out hope they'll be ready to go [on Thursday]," Shanahan said. "I know it's a short turnaround here. They obviously weren't ready to go yesterday, but we're not going to have any full practices this week. But if they can go, we'll definitely let them go. So, we'll probably have to take it all the way up to kickoff."
CB Emmanuel Moseley
Moseley landed on injured reserve on December 11 due to a high-ankle sprain.
"I think it's still going to be some time," Shanahan said. "I mean, I think we'd be fortunate to get him by [Week 18's game against] L.A. Hopefully, if he can't do it then, then we find a way to make sure we're still playing after that game."
S Tavon Wilson and Tarvarius Moore
Wilson remains on injured reserve while Moore remains on the physically-unable-to-perform list. Shanahan was asked if there is any chance either could return and contribute this season.
"Not real likely," Shanahan responded. "Tarvarius Moore, no. We're holding out hope for Tavon, but I have not been told a time he could return yet."
