The 49ers opened the practice window for Givens this week. Kinlaw had season-ending knee surgery this week.
"[Givens] had a good week, especially with what's going on with our D-line right now," head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday.
Tartt suffered a bone bruise in knee during Week 7's loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
San Francisco enters Sunday's game with a 2-4 record while Chicago is 3-4. Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for noon CT (10 a.m. PT) from Soldier Field. The 49ers are currently favored by four points.
