Wilson suffered a non-contact knee injury in May. Moore underwent surgery after suffering a torn Achilles during practice in June.
"[Players are] going through physicals today, and if there are any additions, Kyle (Shanahan) will hit you up in the coming days," Lynch said. "But that's where we are right now."
Lynch and Shanahan were asked if there were any other potential candidates that they knew of.
"A couple of guys that you know had some things that we'll see on their physicals, if [being placed on PUP] benefits them," Lynch responded. "But no decisions as of yet. Have to do it by the end of today."
Added Shanahan: "A possibility on [Jaquiski Tartt]. We're waiting for [the reports] to come back."
Tartt is dealing with a toe injury.
The good news is that neither Lynch nor Shanahan mentioned others as candidates for the PUP list. Shanahan noted that wide receiver Jalen Hurd (ACL) and defensive ends Nick Bosa (ACL) and Dee Ford (neck, back) could start going through individual drills in training camp. After that, they will likely be eased into team drills.
"They're all starting out, I believe, with individual (drills) tomorrow," Shanahan said. "We're not going to put any of them in team situations for a little bit. I'd say at least this first block of days, which I think we've got four practices, a day off. Then I believe we've got three more again, then a day off. I think we'll look into it in about a week.
"It's the first time they'll be out there with the D-line and stuff, and doing things like that. Jalen with the receivers. I'd be surprised if they got into team drills within a week but as soon as they're ready, they'll be out there."
Added Shanahan: "I don't expect any of them to start on PUP."
