Below are the dates for the San Francisco 49ers' offseason program. More details, including media availability, will be announced at later dates.
Rookie Minicamp:

Mandatory Minicamp:
June 15-17
The NFL is currently in Phase One (April 19-May 14) of the offseason program, limited to strength and conditioning, virtual meetings, and physical rehabilitation only.
Phase Two (May 17-21) can include on-field workouts and drills but they must be non-contact. "All such drills must be conducted at an acceptable walkthrough pace (i.e., Pro Bowl practice)," reads the NFL announcement.
Phase Three (May 24-June 18) is when in-person meetings and classroom instruction can begin. It remains subject to COVID-19 testing cadence, tracking, facility access, and other protocols. Teams are allowed to hold up to 10 days of organized team practice activity without live contact. This includes 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills.
