Moore also plans to meet with the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers in March.
NFL teams are allowed to conduct up to five video calls per prospect leading to the draft, and each call can last up to one hour. Teams will likely meet with as many players as possible heading into April's draft, so a conversation isn't necessarily a reliable way to gauge interest in a prospect.
Before the pandemic, NFL teams could physically host visits with up to 30 out-of-region prospects and an uncapped number of local prospects. There is no limit to how many phone conversations NFL teams can conduct with draft-eligible players.
Moore (5-9, 180) caught 35 passes for 270 yards through three games in 2020, per Sports Reference. His best season came in 2018 when he hauled in 114 passes for 1,258 yards with 12 touchdowns and added 21 carries for 213 rushing yards with two more scores on the ground, earning Consensus All-America and first-team All-Big Ten honors, was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year, and won the Paul Hornung Award as the most versatile player in college football.
Injuries have limited Moore to just seven games over the past two seasons. The receiver recently discussed how his smaller size might impact how NFL teams view him as a prospect.
"I don't think size or anything like that really matters," Moore told Pro Football Focus. "I think if you have enough tools in the toolbox, you're crafty enough, your intellect of the game is high enough, you know what's going on, you can compete for those 50-50s, you can run by guys.
"So I think if you have all those intangibles, it doesn't matter if you're 6-5 (or) if you're 5-10. To me, I think it's just a mentality."
