Samuel, Sherman, Ward, and Givens had already been ruled out. Cole was just acquired. However, Jordan was listed on Thursday as "doubtful" while Kinlaw was listed as "questionable."
Center Hroniss Grasu (knee), safety Tarvarius Moore (knee), and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (hamstring), all listed as "questionable" on Thursday, are active.
On Saturday, the 49ers activated tight end George Kittle from injured reserve as part of a flurry of roster moves. The team also activated offensive lineman Colton McKivitz from the reserve/COVID-19 list and promoted defensive lineman Darrion Daniels from the practice squad to the active roster. Defensive lineman Alex Barrett, tight end Daniel Helm, cornerback Tim Harris Jr., and wide receiver Jordan Matthews were all activated/flexed from the practice squad.
San Francisco placed running back Raheem Mostert and quarterback Nick Mullens on injured reserve.
