- WR Brandon Aiyuk
- DT D.J. Jones
- DE Jordan Willis
That leaves just one 49ers player — practice squad tight end Daniel Helm — on the list. It also means all three will be able to travel with the team to Arizona today.
The 49ers look to set up a new base of operations there for the next few weeks and play their home games at State Farm Stadium. The move is due to new COVID-19 restrictions that prohibit collegiate and professional contact sports in Santa Clara County.
The 49ers also announced the following moves:
- Safety Kai Nacua has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster.
- Safety Chris Edwards has been signed to the practice squad. He was waived on Monday.
- The practice window has been opened for linebacker Mark Nzeocha (injured reserve, quad)
