Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters after the game that the team fears the defensive back suffered a torn ACL. Taylor was replaced by Emmanuel Moseley for the remainder of the game.
Cornerback Ken Webster was also carted off the field following an injury and did not return. Shanahan said he suffered a hamstring injury.
