San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert reached 22.73 MPH on a touchdown run during Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals. That was the fastest speed reached by a running back over the last three seasons.

A week later, Mostert broke his own record. The running back reached 23.09 MPH on his 80-yard touchdown run on the first offensive play against the New York Jets, according to Next Gen Stats.
