Sherman is the third 49ers player revealed on the list. He joins linebacker Fred Warner, who came in at No. 70, and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo at No. 43.
Sherman registered 61 tackles, 11 passes defensed, three interceptions, and a touchdown through 15 games in 2019, earning a Pro Bowl selection and second-team All-Pro honors along the way. The future Hall of Famer is entering his 10th NFL season and the third and final year of his deal with San Francisco.
Sherman, 32, is a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a three-time first-team All-Pro.
San Francisco has five players in the NFL Top 100 Players of 2020, which means there are still two slated to be revealed.
The NFL Top 100 Players list is voted on by players and is based on performance during the previous year and predicted performance during the upcoming season. The list is in its 10th season on NFL Network.
Two players — tight end George Kittle and pass rusher Dee Ford — represented the 49ers on last year's NFL Top 100 Players list.
Next: No. 43 - Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo
